Talent Made Simple was founded by Christina Boudreaux, PHR, who has over 20 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience and is passionate about helping companies find and elevate a high performing workforce. Christina runs the daily business operations of Talent Made Simple, and a recruiting firm, Connectly Recruiting. She provides oversight to her team of dedicated consultants who are committed to client success.

Christina's experience includes senior level human resources and recruiting leadership roles in both the private and public sector.  Christina has led teams for national organizations for publicly traded companies, and has a track record of driving business results through human capital strategies.

Christina maintained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management (Concentration in Human Resources).
